Comfy and cosy jumpers are my favourite item at this time of year, and chenille jumpers are a wardrobe must have. Chenille is the softest material I’ve worn and is thick enough to keep me warm on cold Winter days too. If I’m looking for a new jumper, I almost always go for chenille, and there are lots of ways the jumpers can be styled as well. I wanted to share 3 different outfits that all include chenille jumpers, including a few new styles that I hadn’t tried before!
For my first outfit, I styled this cream chenille jumper from Pull&Bear, a recent purchase that was a brilliant price. I love the ribbed edges of the jumper and the raglan sleeves are really cosy and keep me warm. I wanted to style the jumper with something other than jeans, so I chose this check skirt, also from Pull&Bear, and my black boots from New Look. I think something patterned contrasts nicely with the jumper and the monochrome colours work well as an outfit.
My second outfit is a new style for me, as I threw a chenille jumper over a dress, something I hadn’t thought of before. This black chenille jumper is one I’ve had for a while, and I’d only really worn it with jeans until now. This paisley dress from Pull&Bear is lovely on its own but, with the jumper over the top, it creates a whole new outfit that is warm and cosy too. I wore the dress and jumper with these dark red, heeled boots to make an outfit that can be worn both day and night.
My final outfit is a slightly different style of chenille jumper, as this one is made up of loose loops and is quite oversized. Even though the jumper is quite airy, it’s still cosy and is so comfortable to wear. I love the oversized fit too, and here I paired it with black skinny jeans from H&M and the same heeled boots as the last outfit. Some of the loops in the jumper have become a bit loose over time, but they can be pushed back through easily. The colour is ideal for taking from Autumn to Winter and a big coat can still be thrown over the jumper on the coldest days.
These chenille jumpers are all from Pull&Bear and there’s a lovely range of comfy looking jumpers on their website at the moment. I always have a look at Pull&Bear for jumpers in the Winter, and it’s where I first discovered the chenille style. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort and warmth, chenille jumpers are definitely the way to go!
