October is the month I’m getting back into blogging again after taking a few weeks off in September. Something that definitely hasn’t changed for me is my love for all things Lily Lolo and, when they recently released a new mascara, I couldn’t wait to try it out! Lily Lolo’s Big Lash Mascara was described as making lashes look fuller and longer, so I was excited to see if it matched this description.
My favourite thing about the Big Lash Mascara is the brush – it’s the perfect shape! The clever design means that every lash is coated each time, even the small lashes in the inner corners of my eyes that I normally struggle to reach. The brush is wider at the top and bottom, meaning that reaching the corner lashes is made easier, with no smudges. I can definitely say this is one of the best mascara brushes I’ve used – the product doesn’t even clump at the end of the brush as much as other mascaras I’ve used before.
Finding a mascara that gives lashes both length and volume can be tricky, but I think the Big Lash Mascara perfectly balances both these things. After just a few strokes, my lashes looked much longer, especially after the first few times using the mascara. To create volume, I did need to add more layers, but once I did the results were brilliant, even on the lashes in the inner and outer corners of my eyes.
I’ve found myself using this mascara pretty much everyday both in the daytime and at night, and I can tell that the mascara will last me for a while yet. After applying the mascara once, it has stayed on for a whole day or evening without me having to reapply – always a big bonus!
Lily Lolo’s Big Lash Mascara is cruelty free and vegan friendly and, priced at £13.50, I think it is an excellent buy! It’s one of the best quality mascaras I’ve ever used and is perfect for any occasion. I think the price reflects the ease of application and longevity of the mascara, and I would definitely recommend this for any mascara fan like me.
