Leopard Print Cami

by notsomousybrown

The leopard print trend is one I’ve had my eye on since the start of spring. I was on the look out for something a bit different within the trend, and that’s when I came across this leopard print cami. The addition of the blue makes it unlike other leopard print items I’ve seen and that’s what drew me to it. At just £8.00 in the ASOS sale, this cami is the perfect top for a hot day without having to break the bank.

I was a little worried that the front of the top would be too low, but it’s a really good fit and doesn’t fall down! The loose fit is just right for the summer and the adjustable straps mean that it can be altered for the perfect fit. As far as leopard print goes, this is definitely one of my favourite items that I’ve come across.

Here, I’ve paired the cami with blue jeans and jute wedges for a simple, summer look. The blue jeans (from Topshop a while ago) bring out the blue in the leopard print nicely and the cropped style works well on a warmer day. I like bringing out a pair of heels when I can so I took the opportunity to finish the outfit with these jute wedges to keep it casual.

I definitely think this is a versatile top that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. With black jeans and heels, this top could really work as part of an evening look. If the weather is a bit cooler, a denim jacket is perfect for throwing on over the top for an everyday, casual look.

At just £8.00, this top really was a brilliant way for me to try out the leopard print trend. ASOS have a great range of all things leopard print here, from t-shirts and vests to shirts and blouses. I like that they have lots of different styles, so it’s easy to find something that’s a little bit different. I wasn’t sure if animal print would be for me, but this cami has defintely changed my mind and I’m glad I tried out a new style!
