3 Lily Lolo Makeup Products I’m Loving This Winter

by notsomousybrown

If you’ve followed my blog or Instagram for a long time, you’ll know how much I love Lily Lolo makeup. There’s no doubt that Lily Lolo are my favourite makeup brand and there’s not a product I’ve tried so far that I haven’t liked. Around the start of the year, I usually like to try out a few different items from Lily Lolo, as it’s the perfect time to brighten up my Winter makeup. I wanted to share the 3 Lily Lolo products that I’ve been using this Winter, all of which will work perfectly into the Spring and Summer too!

Lily Lolo Makeup

1 – Bronze Age Eye Palette (£21.00)

When this palette was first released on Lily Lolo’s website, I knew it was one I wanted to try. The metallic shades of the Bronze Age Eye Palette are ideal for adding a subtle hint of sparkle to everyday makeup, and I particularly love the golden shades for the daytime. The eyeshadow blends brilliantly and is highly pigmented, so even though the palette is small, the eyeshadow goes a long way. Lily Lolo’s palettes usually last me a whole year, so I think the price is definitely justified. This eyeshadow palette would be perfect for the evening too with its shimmery effect and I can’t wait to be able to wear it on an evening out!

2 – Naked Pink Cheek Duo (£16.00)

I’ve had my eye on the Naked Pink Cheek Duo for a while, so I was excited to try it when it arrived. The palette is designed to be for blush, but I’ve found that the lighter pink shade works well as a highlighter as well if I just use a small amount of product. Both pink shades work brilliantly to add a hint of blush and I like that the powder is pressed as it makes it easier to apply. I think this is the ideal product for the Winter and I know I’ll be using it as the weather starts to get warmer too.

3 – Vegan Lipstick – ‘In The Altogether’ (£10.00)

Lily Lolo lipstick has always been my favourite and I love that they now have a range of vegan lipsticks. I chose the ‘In The Altogether’ shade which is a dusky pink colour. The vegan lipsticks are so easy to apply and can be layered up as much as I want. The colour is such a lovely pink and I really like using it for an everyday makeup look. It’s not too bright either which makes it work really well for the Winter and it stays on my lips all day, so there’s no need to reapply it.

If you want to treat yourself to some new makeup or are looking for a gift, I would definitely recommend having a browse on Lily Lolo’s website. Their makeup is such good quality and made with natural ingredients, meaning that it’s kind to skin, and I know I’ll be able to rely on their products for a long time to come!
